Welcome to my new website. As I work on various projects I'll post updates and photos here in my blog.

For the past month I have been working on the Imerys facility located in Marble Hill on my layout. I kitbashed the facility using a Walthers Power Plant kit for the basic components. It has turned into a pretty substantial background structure at almost 2 1/2 feet long plus a few tanks and a scratch built outbuilding, making the entire complex around 4 1/2 feet along the backdrop. I scratch built a loading rack from various styrene components modeled after a prototype loading rack at a plastics facility. Next I'll be working on the Georgia Marble Corporation facility.
